Growing up is not the absence of dreaming

My mood went straight downhill this morning.

The volleyball match of China Vs. Russia must have overrun...therefore, the Live of Men 10m platform's delayed...and logically...though I set the timer of my video recorder for another extra hour...I've only got about 20 mins of 10m platform...worse still, I've got just enough time to watch one round before I went out to have family gathering. I watched Mr.Despatie's Round 2 dive, which was not a very good one, then I have to go right away, so I couldn't check the results online.

During the whole gathering, I was very very very very anxious about the results. I just wanna rush home and check the Athens website...and then...my relatives told me...

Mr.Despatie's got the 4th place!!!!

Oooooh....I know 4th place's quite a good position...but not getting a medal's really a disappointment coz Mr.Despatie's been performing so well in the preliminary and semifinal. Really wanna cry when I heard the results.

And then my relatives told me Tian Liang's got the bronze medal....oh no...another disappointment....

Oh my Mr.Despatie...



Though he's got the 4th place, he's always No.1 in my heart!
